This is the best kitty litter – inexpensive, green to the environment, light weight, great smelling, lasts a long time and its made near my hometown, just up the road a piece in Upstate NY – Warrensburg! Can’t remember where I bought it in Southern VT – hope I can order it online!

What a fabulous product! I have a large multi cat home. They have always used your product exclusively! I had changed to Cedarific many years ago when my aged cats weren’t liking what was available during a hot summer. The first time I filled the box, they didn’t want to leave, lol!

It would be ideal if you could get this awesome litter at chewy.com, but that is the only suggestion I can make.

We have 20 cats, and bad backs. Cedarific is so much lighter when we change the boxes that it helps us keep the boxes clean easily. It smells less in the summer as well!

Thank you, from us, and from every cat in our home! We’ve never had a cat or kitten reject it. That tells me how great a product this is.

The greatist litter I have ever used. I have been using it for 10 years. Wouldn’t use anything else unless I can’t get to my store tp purchase it. Unfortunatlly it is hard to get in my local pet stores. Ie: Petsmart. My supermarket stopped carrying it also. Stop & Shop. Keep up the good work.

    Alergic to pine

Nowhere does it say what it is actually made of. “A blend of wood” could mean anything. I’m alergic to pine and I need to know or I wont buy it ever again.

Love love love this cat litter! I have two cats and they both approve of it too. It leaves a minimal mess as far as tracking goes and does a pretty good job at keeping the stink away.
I do wish that you could buy this at walmart or other large retailers than Shaws (I do not personally shop at Shaws so i specifically go there for this). I also wish there was a larger size option than the small 7 pound bag.
    Overall, best litter ever!

I think that Cedarific deserved 5 stars…heck, even SIX, until roughly a year ago (+ – ) when it was decided (according to my nose) that the percentage of cedar would be reduced and a much less aromatic wood (possibly pine?) would make up the difference. I’m sure it was a difficult decision to make, as it left a “superlatively superior” product merely pretty d*mned great. In all seriousness, I’m still using Cedarific because it is comfy under little cat feet, it still smells better than any granulated kind and I really have gotten a positive impression of the company given what I have gleaned from both their pa

For over 12 years, have been a devoted Cedarific Kitty Litter user for my family of Kitties, including a diabetic whose frequent urination into standard clay litter caused “muddy” clay + rampant odor. Fresh, cleanly scented Cedarific proves its worth for its odor-neutralizing properties + delightfully “dig-able” for Kitties, clump-able & scoop-able for Cat Moms & Dads! Note: do stick with Cedar rather than “pine” products: pine oil exacerbates [increases!] urine odor; whereas Cedar gently neutralizes. Purrs from Cat Mom for 6+ decades.

I am a retired veterinarian. Loved this product for my own many cats and recommended it to my clients when I was in practice. Just advised a friend in Oregon to look for it as she is getting a new cat.
My one disappointment is that you have changed the packaging and eliminated the handle … which was , in fact, very HANDY!
Also the fact that you need a scissor to open the bag is unfortunate. Other than that great product!!!

I read that CEDARIFIC came out in 1989; I’m not sure but I may have become a buyer from your introduction. I hate the clay based litters especially clumping ! EWWWW !
The odor control has always been exceptional, even when I had 3 cats using the same box. It’s so easy to sift and I can throw the used litter outside;. Within a week it isn’t visible.
It does double duty in the winter. I throw it on the icy driveway out of the foot traffic.
I notice that you are displaying only 2 sizes:
    7.5 lbs and
    15.0 lbs.
A local hardware store sells a bag that appears to be CEDARIFIC. The bag has the same markings etc. It weighs in at 50 liters.
Can you help me convert this to pounds for a true price comparison.
Currently I buy the 15 lb. bag at my local grocery store; the price equates to 0.53333 per pound. Which is extremely reasonable in my eyes.
Thank you for producing , at a reasonable cost, no less ; what to me is a superior product. Far above any other cat litter.

Fantastic Product Very hard to get the 50 litre bags. When I can get it the re-seller is gouging on the price. $56.16 on Amazon. Pet Wharehouse the product is around $24.00 for 50 litres but the shipping is twice the price of the product. There has to be a reasonable price somewhere. I have 8 cats. I used three 50 litre bags a month. 3 bags at PetWharehouse at $23.99 with shipping of $32.98 for a total cost of $102.97. That is outrageous! The second issue I have is that this is the only cat litter my one cat is not allergic to. So I am over a barrel.

Love this stuff. We were using Sweatscoop, we tried Tidy cats, and nothing really compares to this stuff. I bought a cleanable mat for the front of the litter box, and have had no issues with it getting everywhere. We have 5 cats, 6 litter boxes, and 0 smell or issue. We scoop the poop out roughly every day, and we turn the litter so the litter dries evenly, and we only change it every 1 to 2 weeks (depending on usage of the litter box). We found the big bag at the grocery store, but it would be nice to buy this in PetSmart or something like that.
